President of the Court of Accounts Congratulates the First President of the Tunisian Court of Accounts on the Occasion of Her Swearing of the Legal Oath.

Within the framework of the professional and institutional relations between the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Lebanon and the Court of Accounts of the sisterly Republic of Tunisia, the President of the Lebanese Court of Accounts, First President Judge Mohammad Badran, addressed a letter of congratulations to the First President of the Tunisian Court of Accounts, Judge Fadhila Gargouri, on the occasion of her swearing of the legal oath and her assumption of her senior judicial duties.
In his letter, the President of the Court of Accounts affirmed his appreciation for the extensive judicial experience of Judge Gargouri and for her professional career grounded in a commitment to the principles of integrity and transparency in the field of financial jurisdiction, expressing his confidence that her assumption of this responsibility will contribute to strengthening the role of the Court of Accounts in safeguarding public funds and entrenching the principles of good governance.
He also emphasized the importance of the professional relations between the supreme audit institutions of the two countries, and the shared keenness to develop the horizons of cooperation and the exchange of expertise in a manner that enhances the effectiveness of supreme financial oversight and its role in supporting the rule of law and institutions.
First President Judge Mohammad Badran concluded his letter by affirming his aspiration for further cooperation between the two institutions in the coming period, in a way that reinforces the shared mission of protecting public funds and entrenching the principles of transparency and accountability.
